What it means:

At least once a month ViT will check for alerts from your systems, inform you about them and recommend a course of action. If you choose, ViT can perform mitigation services at regular rates. Any outstanding contract time can be applied to services.

Rates:

$1.25/min ($75hr); Minimum 5min/PC, 10min/Server.

Terms: Additional services at applicable rates; 3 month (1qtr) term, auto-renewal; $15ea setup and configuration per system is waived with a full year commitment; Software agent not included (see above for pricing).
